Wool Felt Portraits take approximately 6.5–8 weeks from order to delivery. Wool Felt Sculptures take approximately 8–10 weeks. The LumiPet dispatches within 7 days. Each handcrafted piece takes time because it simply can't be rushed — but we keep you updated along the way.
Absolutely. This is one of the most meaningful commissions we take on. Both Wool Felt Portraits and Wool Felt Sculptures can be created to honour a beloved companion who has passed — handled with the utmost care and respect throughout.
No — we offer Lay-Buy payment plans at checkout. Pay a deposit (from 30% of your order total) to secure your place, and spread the remaining balance over up to 2 monthly instalments.
